I’m honored to have my artwork featured in the book, Marking Time with Fabric and Thread by Tommye McClure Scanlin that was released in October 2024 by Schiffer Publishing. It features work by 25 artists who have used some kind of fabric or textile art as a daily practice. Tommye reached out to me in 2022 and asked if she could include my fabric meditation books and asked if I’d write about the experience of creating them. She is a weaver, author and former professor at The University of Northern Georgia. You can buy a copy at Barnes and Noble, Target and on Amazon!
The Simple Things Magazine, Belong Issue in 2017 featured one of my fabric cyanotypes that I created with a small feather I found outside (see below). This magazine is so lovely and is created and printed in the UK.
