Make Fabric Meditation Books Online Class (On-Demand)
Slow down and learn how to create soft, hand stitched books with gorgeous fabrics, fibers, threads and gathered nature. I share my love for the stories held within each material…how they’re made, what the history is to ignite your own passion and curiosity while gathering materials to make your books with. This practice is calming, grounding, gentle and simple. Learn to bury your books in the earth and dig them back up to invite sacred energies from the ground to co-create with you as you explore the deeper meaning of burying and unearthing within yourself if you choose to.

Chakra Blessings Flags Class at Sacred Makers Soul Retreat
June 3-7th, 2026
Where: At the magical Squam Lake in Holderness, New Hampshire
I’m so happy to be going back to teach at this incredible retreat. I’ll be teaching a class on how to make chakra blessing flags. We’ll work with slow stitching, textiles, collage, intuitive writing and guided meditations to connect with, honor and bless our bodies, hearts and minds. I’ll weave Reiki into the entire experience as well so each person will get to experience gentle hands-on healing touch as they work on their flags.
