    In this class, you will learn about the beautiful energy healing practice of Reiki that has roots in Japan. We’ll explore how Reiki can be used for self-healing and physical pain and illnesses, how to begin feeling the energy within your own body and as you work with others, the history of Reiki, scientific research that backs up Reiki’s effectiveness and more. With plenty of hands-on time to practice, you’ll leave with concrete tools you can use to support your own healing and the healing of those you love.

  • Reiki Level 2 Class

    Dates: October 18th-19th

    In this class, we will build on what was learned in Level 1 and learn how Reiki can support mental and emotional healing. We’ll also dive into how to do distance Reiki and you’ll learn sacred symbols, how to work with your intuition with Reiki and meditation practices to cultivate calm, peace and gratitude that are at the core of practicing Reiki.

    Prerequisite: You must take Level 1 with me or another teacher before signing up for this class. Please email me a copy of your certificate when you sign up.

  • Reiki Level 3 Class

    Dates: December 13th-14th, 2025

    Times: 10am-3pm both days

    In this class, we’ll continue building on previous levels of Reiki training and expand into how Reiki can support spiritual healing. You’ll learn additional sacred symbols and how to begin using them, information on starting a professional Reiki practice, how to hold sacred space for healing, plenty of hands-on time to work with the techniques, ways to deepen our work with intuition and Reiki and more.

    Prerequisites: You must complete Level 1 and 2 with me or another teacher before taking this class. Please send me copies of your certificates when you sign up.

  • Step into Your Light: Reiki Refresher Private Class

    For those who trained in Reiki in the past but are looking to have a refresher on techniques, practices and tools to begin expanding their Reiki practice personally or professionally. This will be a customized experience based on your needs and intentions and will include a Reiki blessing and clearing ceremony to honor your role as a healer as well as time to ask questions, receive feedback and get practical suggestions to help you on your Reiki journey.

    Please note that this is not a time to learn a new level of Reiki (please see my Reiki classes if you are interested in that), this is about honing in on what you already know and expanding on that so you can move forward with more confidence and tools to help yourself and others.

    Classes are 2.5 hours and include my Reiki resource manuals up to the level you have previously trained in.
