    Learn Usui Reiki Level 1 with me over a cozy weekend in my sacred healing space. In this class, you will learn the basics of how to offer this wonderful hands-on healing technique for physical healing for yourself, your family, friends, pets and more. Reiki is a very gentle and powerful healing modality that anyone can learn.

    I will blend science and spirituality in this training, providing practical techniques, anatomical and energy knowledge and clinical research as well as how to connect with the spiritual and intuitive aspects of Reiki.

    This class is limited to 4 people to keep it small and intimate and give each person plenty of care and support throughout the learning experience.

    Learn Usui Reiki Level 2 with me in my sacred healing space in beautiful Oconomowoc, Wisconsin. In this class, you will learn how to build on what you learned in Level 1 and connect with the Reiki energy on a deeper level including three sacred Reiki symbols, how to support mental and emotional healing in yourself and others and how to do distance Reiki. I'll also teach you how I work with crystals during sessions to expand and deepen the healing possibilities.

    This class is limited to 4 people to keep it small and intimate and give each person plenty of care and support throughout the learning experience.

    Prerequisite: Level 1 Usui Reiki with me or another instructor (You will need to send me a copy of your certificate if you learned Level 1 with another teacher).

  • Reiki Level 3 Master/Practitioner Certification Class

    Join me to become a certified Level 3 Usui Reiki Master/Practitioner in this weekend class. You will build on what you learned in Levels 1 & 2 and learn how to work more deeply with your intuition, you'll learn the Master Reiki symbol and how to use it, working more in-depth with physical healing, the aura/biofield, expand emotional, mental and spiritual healing possibilities in-person and at a distance, how to offer Reiki to groups of humans, animals and more. We'll also talk about the business of Reiki and setting up your own professional practice to support your community.

    Limited to 4 students to keep it small and intimate.

    Prerequisites: You need to have completed Reiki Level 1 & 2 (Usui lineage) with me or another teacher before taking this class.

Gathered poems from different poets along with writing prompts that will invite you to pause, listen within and write from an intuitive, open space to discover what wants to emerge on to the page. Guided meditations and creative nature adventures will deepen the retreat experience. You will be able to come and go as you please and use this retreat over a weekend or spread out over a week or many months.
