This class for those curious to learn more about crystals! Maybe you are totally new to them or have a collection that you love having around your home and using in different ways. Either way, you are welcome to join me as we play and connect with the power and beauty of crystals to deepen and expand our spiritual growth, health and well-being.

Together in the class, we'll explore:

-What crystals are scientifically and how they can impact our physical body and aura/biofield to support our healing and well-being.

-How we can connect and work with crystals in our lives for energy protection, energy clearing, to supporting our dreams, to amplifying love, peace, creativity, empowerment and more!

-How to work with the power of intention with crystals

-Share stories about our experiences connecting with crystals

-How to make simple crystal grids for your home, office and while traveling

-How to clear and care for crystals

-We'll do a fun guided meditation to connect with the energy of crystals.

This will be like a crystal playground. If you have crystals you love, please feel free to bring a few for a show and tell but this isn't necessary.

This class is for those curious to learn more about our chakras. We'll have a fun afternoon exploring:

-The history of chakras, what they are and what they do.

-What the 7 main chakras of the human body are as well as the Soul Star chakra, Earth Star chakra and the ones in our hands and feet.

-What the different chakras connect to in our physical bodies, emotions, and aspects of being human.

-How to use a pendulum to see if there are energy blockages within chakras.

-Guided meditations to connect to different chakras for balance, health and well-being.

-The colors connected to the chakras and ways we can play with them to enhance healing in our lives including using visualization techniques and using certain crystals.

-Affirmations, reflection questions and intentions to use for exploring, balancing and amplifying different chakras for overall health and well-being.
