Deep Rooted Healing Podcast

I record every podcast episode at my little art table in my bedroom that looks out on the woods. I started this podcast project during Covid in 2020 when I was spending a lot of time in this room and longed to share what I was thinking about and feeling with someone, so I got a microphone, hit record and started talking to myself. I put those thoughts online and I have been amazed at the beautiful connections with people around the world that have happened. The podcast has had three names, it started as “Reflections from My Art Table” then became “The Creative Unearthing Podcast” and is now “Deep Rooted Healing Podcast.” I hope you find some inspiration for your own spiritual and creative journey.
